Screen or digital we have it covered in house.  We have screen-printed in-house for decades and often use screen print to pre-colour lower volumes of pantone matched vacuum formings. We also use it for hard wearing prints on display units.

We have a large flat-bed and reel to reel digital printer which can print up to 2500mm x 1250mm x50mm thick on the flat bed or up to 50m (!) x 2200mm on the reel. Resolution is up to 1440 dpi. A typical commercially acceptable dpi would be 300! It also prints a true white too. We then have the ancillary equipment that is needed (laminators, plotters, etc) to finish the job.
